Below we have answered the most common questions we get asked about our business email hosting. If we haven’t answered your question please feel free to contact us. We run and manage our own mail servers which gives us the ability to ensure they are running reliable and securely.

  • Will you transfer my old email messages?

    Normally we can transfer your emails from your old provider to our system for free.

    Typically we do two transfers to make sure the process is as seamless as possible. The first transfer will copy all your email messages to our servers. Once complete we will advise and assist you to update your DNS for your domain name which will mean new emails will be delivered to our mail servers.

    DNS changes can take up to 24 hours to propagate across all servers globally; once we have confirmed propagation is complete we do another transfer of your email from your old provider to our servers. The second email transfer will transfer any outstanding email messages which got delivered to the old server during the DNS propagation.

    After the two transfers and DNS propagation all your email will be stored on our mail servers and all new email sent to you will be delivered there as well.
